Noise Control
Silencer & Chamber Industrial Silencer
When high pressure fluid is released to the atmosphere from the secondary side of the safety valve, the pressure control valve, and the relief valve, the flow rate changes to sound speed or more. In this case, a vortex phenomenon occurs while causing friction with the surrounding stagnant air, resulting in severe noise. This is an industrial silencer designed to prevent this.

Generated noise
- When high pressure fluid is released to the atmosphere from the secondary side of the safety valve, the pressure control valve, and the relief valve, the flow rate changes to sound speed or more. In this case, a vortex phenomenon occurs while causing friction with the surrounding stagnant air, resulting in severe noise. In the vicinity of the discharge side, high-frequency components are mainly formed, and low-frequency components are formed at a distance, so that the components of the generated noise are mixed with low and high frequencies. Frequency analysis is required to attenuate the noise and it is important to identify the major frequencies that contribute to the noise generation. The representative frequency of the ejection sound can be calculated by calculating the flow rate at the outlet.
Structure of Silencer
- Our vent. silencer is a combination of diffuser, expansion, and acoustic & dissipation part that ensures maximum performance of silencer and installs robust products with its own design. Silencer types include vent silencer, blow off silencer, in-line silencer etc.
